History

2002: Santamonica Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd was founded by Mr Denny Thomas Vattakunnel, a visionary entrepreneur, accomplished author, influential blogger, philanthropist, social worker, and sports administrator. The company was established to provide comprehensive study- abroad facilitation services. Today, it stands as the authorized representative of over 600 prestigious universities and colleges from more than 20 countries. With branches and associate offices across all districts and cities in Kerala, as well as key Indian cities, Santamonica has become a trusted name in the field.

2013: Building upon the success of Santamonica Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd, Mr Denny Thomas Vattakunnel ventured into the travel industry and launched Santamonica Tours &Travels.The primary objective was to assist students travelling abroad for educational purposes, ensuring they have seamless travel experiences.

2014: Inspired by the travel experiences of students, Santamonica Tours & Travels expanded its services to include holiday packages. The aim was to provide memorable and enjoyable vacations to individuals and families.

2018: Santamonica Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. achieved a significant milestone by becoming an IATA-approved Ticketing & Tour Operations Company in India. The company received widespread acclaim for its hassle-free ticketing services and diverse range of tour packages, catering to both corporate and leisure travellers.

2020: In a remarkable move, Santamonica Tours & Travels initiated chartered flights from Cochin airport to Canada, exclusively for students. This step further enhanced their commitment to facilitating smooth and convenient travel for students pursuing education abroad.

2021: To keep up with the evolving needs of travellers, Santamonica Tours & Travels created its online travel portal. This user-friendly platform offers a wide range of online travel services,including airline ticket bookings, hotel reservations, bus bookings, cruise bookings, insurance bookings, and both domestic and international holiday packages. Additionally, the company provides visa services, ensuring a comprehensive travel experience for its customers.
