Any change in Airline or hotel charges will affect the tour cost
The company has the right to postpone or cancel the tour and also change the flight without prior notice.
The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries that occur during the travel.

Visa issuance is the sole discretion of the Embassy and we don’t undertake to maneuver
The company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever in connection with the documentation, baggage, registration, transportation, insurance, accident, delay, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements, or any other eventuality.

In any case of cancellation of booking, SMTT must be informed in advance in writing.
Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation letter.
The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms:

TCS not included with Package cost. The Finance Act 2020 has inserted a new sub-section (1G) in TCS (Tax Collected at Source) under Section 206C of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to collect tax out of foreign remittance transactions under Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) as well as amount received from buyer by a seller of an overseas tour program package. The section will be effective from October 1, 2020 Rate of TCS : 5% of the amount received from buyer 10%, in case no PAN of such person is available Threshold Limit: No threshold limit has been prescribed for collection of tax under this section.
