Culturally, Rajasthan is vibrant and deeply traditional. Folk music and dances such as Ghoomar and Kalbelia, colorful attire, camel fairs, and festivals like Pushkar Fair, Desert Festival, and Teej bring the state alive. Rajasthani cuisine, known for dishes like Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, and Ker Sangri, reflects the region’s climate and royal legacy.

Itinerary

day1-rajsthan

  • Assemble at Cochin Domestic Terminal, Flight to Jaipur. On arrival, you will have lunch at a local restaurant.
  • After lunch, proceed to the hotel for check-in. Later in the evening, visit Birla Temple & Vidan Sabha.
  • Evening return to the hotel and overnight stay.
  • Lunch, Dinner

day2-rajstan

  • After breakfast, visit Amber Fort; Amber was the old capital of the Jaipur rulers.
  • The mighty Amber Fort stands atop a range of craggy hills about 11 km from Jaipur City, overlooking the Jaipur/Delhi highway.
  • It ranks second in the hierarchy of forts only after the fort of Gwalior.
  • Afternoon city tour of Jaipur, including City Palace, Jai Singh Astronomical Observatory, Hawa Mahal and Albert Hall.
  • Evening light & sound show at Amber Fort.
  • Evening return to the hotel and overnight stay.

day3-rajstan

  • After breakfast proceed to Udaipur with en-route visits to Ajmer’s renowned Dargah Sharif of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti and the scared Brahma Temple and Ghats at Pushkar.
  • Later, continue to Udaipur and check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

day4-rajasthan

  • After breakfast morning tour of Udaipur city includes the palace museum, which is of granite and marble with filigreed balconies, ornate windows and craftsmanship in glass.
  • Each place within is an outstanding creation of art, sahelion ki bari– a garden with fountains, once used for the enjoyment of royal ladies.
  • Bhartiya Lok Kala mandal – a folk art museum, Jagdish Temple.
  • Evening Boat ride at Lake Pichola.
  • Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

  • After early breakfast, drive to Jodhpur.
  • En route, visit the famous Jain temples of Ranakpur. (Jain temples at Ranakpur, built in white marble.
  • It’s 29 halls spread over 40,000 sq. ft.
  • and consisting of 1,444 pillars not one of which is alike in its carving).
  • After visiting Lunch at Ranapur.
  • After the visit, continue driving to Jodhpur and check into the hotel.
  • Afternoon visit the Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswanth Thada (Overnight at the hotel).

day6-rajasthan

  • After breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer.
  • Arrive in Jaisalmer after lunch at any restaurant, proceed to Sam dunes and check into the camp.
  • Evening, mount the camel, enjoying the camel ride through the desert and witness the sunset over dunes in this Rajasthani backdrop is an experience to cherish.
  • Late evening, enjoy the dinner with folk dances, music & campfire. (Overnight at Tent)

day7-rajasthan

  • After breakfast at Camp, drive to Jaisalmer city and check into a hotel, then proceed for a city sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer, visiting the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila, rising like a golden mirage from the desert sands.
  • Admire the beautifully carved havelis of Jaisalmer, GadisarTank: a historic water reservoir surrounded by artistically carved chhatris and temples and Bada Bagh, a tranquil garden complex with royal cenotaphs (chhatris) of the Maharajas of Jaisalmer (Dinner & Overnight at the hotel).

  • After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur and drop off at the airport for your onward journey with sweet memories of a wonderful trip.
