CSR Policy

The company conduct business in an ethical, transparent, and economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner is known as corporate social responsibility, Santamonica Tours and Travels Private Limited is dedicated to carrying out CSR initiatives in compliance with Section 135 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and its implementing regulations.

AIM’S

Santamonica Tours and Travels has established a dedicated core CSR team in order to execute its aim to giving back to society in any form that is feasible for the company Santamonica Tours and Travels’ primary business and develop a list of the activities that must be carried out in accordance with Schedule VII of the Companies Act of 2013.

The CSR initiatives that Santamonica Tours and Travels will support include

  • Providing schools with facilities like benches, restrooms, drinking water, fans, etc.
  • Supplying science and technology-related equipment to schools helping kids pursue higher education.
  • Providing food and educational support to children with physical and mental disabilities.
  • Empowering women and advancing gender equality, such as through adult literacy for women.
  • Supporting senior citizen services such as providing vehicle to old age homes.
  • Taking action to lessen the disparities that socially and economically disadvantaged populations encounter.
  • Supporting various sports activities, including training to advance para-olympic, nationally recognized, and rural sports.

CSR Committee

CSR committee shall be formed as per the applicable laws. The committee shall be responsible for the implementation/monitoring and review of this policy The CSR Committee shall submit periodical reports to the board of directors. Preparation of annual report on the CSR in the prescribed format as per the Companies Act, 2013 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOARD. Approve the CSR Policy and the CSR Expenditure after taking into consideration the recommendations made by the CSR committee

The detail of the CSR initiatives carried out throughout the fiscal year will be included by the Board in its Annual Report.

All CSR-related disclosures, displays, and reporting requirements shall made to according to the Act’s provisions and its implementing rules.
