We are seeking experienced Holiday Experts to join our Holidays Department at our Pala branch. The role focuses on handling holiday package sales, engaging with customers, and delivering excellent service to create memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to holiday packages and travel services
- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Convert leads into successful holiday sales
- Provide accurate information and customized holiday solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday sales or travel-related sales
- Strong customer engagement and sales conversion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
