About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Holidays Department at our Cochin branch. The role involves supporting daily sales operations, coordinating with the sales team, and managing client communication to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day holiday sales operations
- Assist the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
- Manage client communication and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure proper coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Support smooth execution of holiday bookings and services
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Experience in the travel or holidays industry preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
