Varanasi, also known as Kashi or Banaras, is one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities and is considered the spiritual capital of India. Located on the banks of the sacred River Ganga in Uttar Pradesh, the city holds immense religious significance for Hindus, Buddhists, and Jains. It is believed that a visit to Varanasi and a dip in the Ganga cleanse one of all sins and help attain moksha (liberation from the cycle of birth and death).

The city is famous for its ancient ghats, where pilgrims perform rituals, prayers, and the iconic Ganga Aarti, a mesmerizing evening ceremony of lights and chants. Varanasi is home to the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, making it a major pilgrimage destination. Beyond its spiritual aura, Varanasi is also a cultural hub known for classical music, Sanskrit learning, silk weaving (Banarasi sarees), traditional cuisine, and narrow lanes filled with history and devotion.

Day by Day Itinerary

Assemble at Cochin Airport (Terminal 1-Pillar Number 14)
Proceed for flight check-in $ boarding Cochin – Varanasi
Arrives at Varanasi Airport and collect your bags, Proceed to Prayagraj (140 kms/Approx 3 hours one way)
Later check in at the hotel and overnight stay in the hotel

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to sightseeing
First, proceed to Triveni Sangam and Alopi Mata Temple
Then visit Anand Bhawan and Swaraj Bhawan
Drive back to Prayagraj hotel for Lunch
Post lunch proceed to Ayodhya, on arrival check in at the hotel
Dinner at the hotel

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed Ayodhya for sightseeing.
Ram Mandir, visit Kanak Bhawan, Hanuman Garghi
Around, drive back to the Ayodhya hotel for lunch
Post lunch, proceed to Varanasi
On arrival, check in at the hotel
Dinner at the hotel

After breakfast, check out and proceed for sightseeing, visit the Old Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple and Kal Bhairav Temple.
If time permits, visit the famous Bharat Mata Mandir, New Kashi Vishwanath Temple (BHU), also known as Birls Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, and Tulsi Manas Mandir.
Drive back to the hotel for Lunch at the Restaurant
Later in the evening, proceed for evening boating from Manikarnika Ghat to Dashashwamedh Ghat, followed by evening Arti at the Varanasi Ghats.

After breakfast, check out from the Varanasi hotel & proceed to Sarnath and visit the Dhamek Stupa
Post lunch, drop to Varanasi Airport to Board the flight for the onward Destination
